grace
/ɡreɪs/
the free and unmerited love and favour of God
When I was born, my parents gifted me with the name Anna Grace, Anna being a reflection of the word Grace. This can translate to Grace Grace which was drawn from this verse;
God, being rich in mercy, because of the great love with which he loved us, even when we were dead in our trespasses, made us alive together with Christ- by grace, you have been saved... [ephesians 2:4-5]
Grace is love in action and Jesus beautifully demonstrated this by extending himself towards us. This is favour that is freely given to us, intended for restoration. Written by grace was inspired by recognizing that grace that is everpresent within my life and a constant awareness that everything I do flows from my connection and oneness with God. As I journey in discovering the continual mysteries of God my intent is to allow that grace to freely flow through my writing and my being.
